Need help on few questions...

Hi Techies,

 

I'm on this forum and need advise on how to answer below questions.  I really appreciate if someone can help me out..

 

I work on EVC model and will go to stamping shortly. If VO asks the questions below what should we answer

 

1. whats the relationship between your employer and vendor? 

Note: My employer and client gives me work deliverables and vendor is just a mediator for billing client.

 

2. My LCA mentions package as $xx per hour (eg 40$). I have little variation in monthly paystubs depending on number of business days in a month as i never took off even a single day since my joining. Max variation is 500-700$ for few months in the last 6 months. If VO asks whats your salary, what should be the answer. Also let me know if i have to say fixed salary or hourly salary?

 

3. I also get perdiem and there is a detail of it in paystub. Data fields which represented are meals, transport and perdiem in pay check. Please advise me on how to answer this?

 

4. how frequently u visit employer?

I never visited my employer at the company location as my recruitment and even issue discusson happens over the phone. Reason is my client is in different state than my employer. Please advise on how to answer this question. Will it a problem if i say i never visited my emplyer at his location.
