Reg: Visitors Visa Please help

Hi

 

My Parents got visiting visa for 10 years. At the time of applying their visa,  I was on H1B. Later I have changed my status to F2  and  now I am in H1B . My parents visa is not expired yet. I was wondering to know whether my parents  visiting visa is  still valid or not. Kindly suggest. Thanks in advance.

Of course it is still valid if they have not done anything on a prior visit (like overstaying their I-94) that would cause it to be invalidated. Your status changes are not an issue.

Visitor visa is not tied to yours like an h4 is. They should be fine
