Ottawa visa stamping experience with 221g white

Hi Guyz

 

I went to interview on Monday June 17th 2013 and the VO officer asked the client ,vendor and employer letters. And told that they need to verify the documents.For the first week they did n't give any update and in the second week my client manager got the verification email and he replied back with in a day. By the week ending they changed the status to issued and i got the passport on next Tuesday(monday is holiday).

 

Note:

1.) Important : Don't take any scanned or colored print out documents.Take all the original documents on the bonded letterheads including the vendor letter.

2.) What i observed is compare to india,  canada administrative processing is much faster. They responded to the emails for my status.

3.) If you have all the documents don't hesitate to go ottawa for stamping but be prepared if you got 221g for verfication you need to stay there for atleast 2 weeks.

         Congratulations on your visa stamping.

 

         Can you please share some more details ? Did you go for the the First Stamping on H1B or you already had your first H1B stamping and went for another stamping? When did you come to USA and working here on H1B visa status ?
