I am planning to apply Visitor Visa for Canada in Person(LA) to do my H1B Stamping in Canada. Can anyone please confirm the applications and documents to be carried along with me.

Queries: 
1) Do I need to carry Previous I-797s? 
2) Do I need to carry all W2s? 
3) Can we collect the Passport directly at the Consulate? Website (http://can-am.gc.ca/visas/apply-how_la_demande-...) it is written we have to provide a pre-paid self addressed USPS Express envelop. 
4) Usually how long will it take to get the passport back? Website (http://can-am.gc.ca/visas/processing-traitement...) it is mentioned 30 days.
