If I get a REF on I-485, can i still return on Advance Parole ? 2. If I-485 is denied, can I still return to USA on advance parole and fight our case. Appreciate your feedback. Link to comment

I came to know recently that our PD will be current in Aug 2013. However I need to travel to UK due to personal emergency. It will be difficult to cancel my trip. Hence my earlier questions .....
