Belle Posted July 12, 2013 Report Share Posted July 12, 2013 Well, it's not "mandatory", but if they don't, they are not abiding by the terms of their contract with you that they file for your green card based on. You should tell them that you would like them to abide. If not, you don't have to work for them. Link to comment
