Hi,

 

My L1B visa was expired in June'13 and my I-94 is valid till 2015.

 

Planning to apply L-1B to L-1A Conversion. In case if the petition is not approved or denied then , Can I stay in US with valid I-94 or Should I leave US immediately.

 

Please advice.
