Advance document submission in hyderabad, is it required still?

Do we have to submit documents 3 business days in advance like before? As of now I have booked my OFC at the consulate on Aug 11 & the visa interview on Aug 13 in hyderabad. I was looking at this link: http://hyderabad.usc...ubmission2.html

 

Did anyone here who went for stamping in Hyderabad in 2013 have to submit copies of documents 3 business days in advance? Please clarify.
