VikMehndi
Can someone please comment on what are the chances, based on current data/information, that the dates for EB2 India would get retrogressed? What are the factors that would lead to a retrogression? Thanks. Link to comment
Belle
You need to read about re-allocation of visa numbers from categories like EB1 and EB2 ROW to India. There is a reason why dates usually move forward suddently in the summer. Link to comment

tusharvk
VB mentions that at some point in 2014 the dates will retrogress; just a question of when. You could watch for the demand data that gets released a day before the VB gets released (did not see demand data for august 2013 VB though). We do not have all the info; we can keep watching for announcements from Oppenheim on this topic. These announcements are made public through various attorney websites. Link to comment

JoeF
Hi Tusharvk, Do you have a link where you read that the dates will retrogress at some point in 2014? Thanks It is right there at the bottom: "Readers should expect that some type of “corrective” action will be required at some point during FY-2014 in an effort to maintain number use within the applicable annual limits. Such action would involve the establishment and retrogression of such cut-off dates, and could occur at any time. " Link to comment
