Chances of EB2 Retrogression?

VB mentions that at some point in 2014 the dates will retrogress; just a question of when.

 

You could watch for the demand data that gets released a day before the VB gets released (did not see demand data for august 2013 VB though).

 

We do not have all the info; we can keep watching for announcements from Oppenheim on this topic. These announcements are made public through various attorney websites.

It is right there at the bottom:

"Readers should expect that some type of “corrective” action will be required at some point during FY-2014 in an effort to maintain number use within the applicable annual limits.  Such action would involve the establishment and retrogression of such cut-off dates, and could occur at any time. "
