H-4 Employment Authorization Proposed Rule in the USCIS Agenda with a Planned Release Date of July 2013

Hi 

 

I am on H4 . before i was on h1 for 3 years and after that i did H4.My husband  is on h1b and filed GC , his I 485 is already filed  and he has EAD as well. But we got married after he filed I-485. so Lawyer said once his priority date is current , i can add my name on his file .. so i  have not filed Labor and 140 .. i am only on H4 status.

 

But my question is that if above rule is approved... then will i eligible for EAD  ??  since my husband already filed his 485 and he is on h1 since 2006 ( ard  7 years) .
