eternalgcwait
Any ideas why EB3 India did not move from the previous month's bulletin. There was an article on Murthy.com that we can expect EB3 to move by 3 weeks in the coming months for India. My PD is in July 2003 and the wait is excruciating.. Link to comment

You waited for 10years exactly, just wait for one more month. Hope for the best Link to comment
singh is king
dont know dude. I am March 2nd 2003 and just got an RFE. Was hoping it would move be atleast 2 weeks like before but it did not. Very disappointing. The demand data last month shows almost 1600 cases in the month of Jan and Feb. So I guess thats the reason. Link to comment

Because the unused visas of this fiscal year are first allocated to a higher category, like EB2. EB3 India won't start moving forward faster until EB2 India is current. Link to comment
Nicecar
Agree with Belle. All spillover from EB1 will go EB2 first untill PD is current for EB2 and then EB3. Link to comment
Shurap1
Take a look at the pending 485 inventory report. There are more than 2800 cases pending between Jan 2003 and your PD. This means it may take more than year before your date goes current. Link to comment
