krazycucoo Posted July 10, 2013 Report Share Posted July 10, 2013 Hello All, I am cureently on H1B here in USA, my fiance is currently in India and has a valid B2 visa. We are planning to get married in December. We will make every effort to get h4 visa before we leave after getting married. But if for some reason we cant I was wondering if it would be ok for her to come here on her B2 and then go to canada for H4 during the next 6 months. Can it be seen as fraud ?
