kailash_d_rathi
Hi, I am working on H1:B in a consulting company. My H1:B will expire in next year. I am looking to ask for my green card application but have following question. The company has PO Box address (No physical address). I am not sure if there will be any issue letter on with the address in Green Card application. The company is small (about 20 employees). They have few H1:B employees including me. Please let me know your view on green card application through a company with PO Box address. Thank you Link to comment

t75
They have to have a physical address; they may not be legally entitled to do business at that address but they are somewhere. At the very least, a properly registered company has a physical address of their registered agent. . Link to comment
JoeF
They have an actual office somewhere. where the company is registered. Every real company has that. Link to comment
