anand.sandesh
The latest Visa bulletin indicates a significant priority date jump for EB2 applications (http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_6028.html). The jump is from Sept 2004 to Jan 2008 from July to August bulletin. Should we read more into this? Is there an expectation that the same trend will continue into the following months? (I have a motive here, my priority date is in 2012). I understand that there can't be an "official word" about future trends, but anyone with experience with such matters knows more than what's on the site? Link to comment
JoeF
The fiscal year ends Sept. 30. They just want to be able to use all the remaining visa numbers. The PD could move back in the next fiscal year, depending on demand. Link to comment
