EB2 India - filing 485 before marriage

My PD is EB2 India - June 2007 and haven't yet applied 485.

 

I am planning on getting married in Aug 1st week in India to my fiance who is in India who doesn't have any US visa yet. She can't come to USA until Nov 10 because of personal reasons.

 

Is it ok for me to file 485 in Aug 2013 after I get married , while she is still in India.

 

What is the procedure to bring her to USA?

You cannot file AOS when the recipient is abroad. Check out the latest VISA BULLETIN and decide what your course of action should be. A lawyer may be able to help you.
