H1 transfer job title / LCA (vs) PERM job title / prevailing wages

Hello friends,

Can any one please provide comments / suggestions on below:

 

My H1 transfer and PERM are going to be submitted almost at the same time (2-3 weeks difference).

 

H1 transfer title:SAP Business Intelligence Consultant

H1 transfer offer letter: 70K

H1 transfer LCA approved: 70K 

 

And same employer also drafted PERM application ETA 9089.

 

PERM Occupation title: Software developers, applications

PERM prevailing wages: 104K

PERM job title: Sr SAP Consultant

Offered wage: 105K

 

1. Does it matter if title / LCA at the time of H1 transfer is different from PERM job title / prevailing wages / offered wage being submitted with 2-3 weeks gap? Will it impact my PERM processing and be a reason for denial?
2. Also what is difference between Occupation title vs Job title?

I submitted same queries for review with an attorney but would like to take second opinion / suggestions from experienced folks in Murthy forum to avoid straight forward dependency on my company's attorney to be on safe side.

Its not about whom I believe but its to get more information from people who already gone through this process instead of blindly trusting my company's employer and then repent later if anything goes wrong...
