judearasu Posted July 9, 2013 Report Share Posted July 9, 2013 I have the H1B visa work permit from company A, not stamped. Now i am about to quit comp A and to join Comp B. Is Company B is able to process my visa via cap exempt or it is not possible. Is there any law passed to stop the visa transfer from one comp to another at the initial work permit level?
