Employer Change after getting EB1 Green Card

Hi,

 

My employer has filed a Green Card for me in EB1 (Multinational Manager) category. I received my green card on FEB 2013. How long should i wait for change another employer after getting Green card in EB1 Category. Is there any minimum time period is required OR how long should i continue my job with current EB1 Sponsor?

 

What is the safest way to switch my employer without affecting my Permanent Resident Status. Please help me and provide your best suggestions?

That's called EB1 abuse. If your employer filed for your GC it means they want you to work with them for a long time.

 

Although there's no hard n fast rule..but a min of 6 months to a year you can stay with them.
