kaps Posted July 8, 2013 Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 My employer received the PWD back in first week of January based on MS degree, but the HR was tied up with other projects and could not do the recruitment on time. And as the validity is only 90 days, HR had to re-file but this time it was filed for BS degree but unfortunately we missed the 90 day duration again in July. Applying for PWD for the third time with Master's. So in a gist, the first one in January was filed with Master's, second one in April was filed with Bachelor's and now the third will be with Masters again. Do you think it can pose a problem during the PERM process as the HR has switched back and forth between BS & MS? Thanks in advance for your help. Link to comment
