Is H4 can Travel with Previous Employer Stamped Visa?

Hi

I am in U.S with Valid visa till Sep 2014 stamped with company A and now i moved and transferred H1B to Company B. My wife had H4 visa valid till Sep 2014. But till now she never entry in to U.S now god blessed  us a baby born in India. i know my baby required the H4 visa stamping through my Company B / Employer. Now i am planning to bring her to U.S along with my baby.

My Question is do my wife need to go for Stamping again with company B (OR) she can travel with the old valid visa? and My baby can travel with new visa employer / Company B. In this case my wife have Company A valid visa and My baby have Company B visa, will they face any problem in port of entry/immigration? They can travel without any issues.

Hi koka,

 

I have also same to same situtation. I have advised and researched that it will not be problem for entry into usa with old company's visa for wife and new company's visa for kid. I am proceeding in the same way.

 

Only thing I have been advised to submit new I-797 at the port of entry.

 

I have one question to you. Did you send your baby inperson or used drop box facility for visa stamping.
