swanith Posted July 8, 2013 Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 Hi All, I have a situation that I am really confused about. I have applied for H1-B petetion from Employer A - a consulting company. I am right now on OPT. I got a employee-employer relationship RFE for my application. I have managed to get a client letter . Replied to them today. Just recently, I got a full time offer from Employer B (non consulting company - a product based company) and I want to accept the offer. What are the steps i need to take here. If h1 is approved i can easily transfer the h1 to employer B. Can i go with Employer B without h1 approval? What the observed risks here ? If additional RFE added to my application Can Employer B support this case? Please suggest what could be done in my situation. ! Link to comment

You can work for any employer till the end of sept and from Oct 1st, you will be on H1(if H1 approved on time). But, you can transfer your H1 before Oct 1st, if it is approved by that time.
