PrashantMishra Posted July 8, 2013 Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 Hi, I am on L2 Visa and my visa is valid till Sep 2013. My wife's I-94 is valid till Apr 2016. I am in the process of my I-94 extension. I wanted to apply for EAD, I wanted to know should I apply EAD after my I-94 extension complete or can I apply both at the same time. Will they give me EAD on the basis of my existing I-94 validity or they give it for 1 year as default? I appreciate your help. Thanks. Link to comment
