nalinix
Hi All, I have a situation that I am really confused about. I have an approved H1-B petetion from Employer A - a consulting company. The H1-B kicks in from Oct 1st. I am right now on OPT. Just recently, I got a full time offer from Employer B (non consulting company - a product based company) and I want to accept the offer. Can I do a H1-B transfer from Employer A to Employer B even though I am still not on H1-B status yet ? Or do they have to file a fresh H-1B ? Since the quota for this year has already been exhausted, can they even file a fresh H-1B ? Please suggest what could be done in my siatuation ! Link to comment
wiweq
You can still transfer your H1b. Let the new employer know about this old H1b. Link to comment
