Now can you please answer follwoing questions ? Most ppl wud have asked but still I dont get any clarified ans. 1) Will I be able to get H1 transfer sitting in India? Will companies in US provide direct offer and H1 transfer ? 2) If there are any criteria for H1B transfer that we shd have Valid VISA (6 months to expiry date) or shd be in US/pay stubs with US salary? 3) Also the same question is there any criteria for VISA extension that we shd have Valid VISA (6 months to expiry date) or shd be in US? Yes, that's possible 2.You need latest pay-stubs if you are currently in US on H1.In your case, you don't. 3.No. BTW it's petition ext not VISA extension. Link to comment
