pavan_avnr
Hi All, I have a question on my Visa stamping. I have worked with my Ex-employer for 2 years. he filed my H1B and got approved for two years. I went to Visa stamping and got it done with out any issues. when we filed H1B extension with my ex-employer my H1B extension got denied because of Employee and employer relationship not satisfied (the same client and vendor on My 1st H1B application and visa Stamping) . My vendor helped me in filing my H1B and it got approved. I am planning for Visa stamping. Are there any chances of asking about my Ex-employer and reasons for my H1 extension denial in Visa interview? Please reply if you've known anyone who has done it, or if you're aware of such a possibility. Any info would be highly appreciated. Thanks! Link to comment
omshiv
they could ask if your previous employer has been blacklisted or something...happened to a friend of mine recently and still stuck in HYD..he's currently with a Full time Client..but his previous employer had issues. Link to comment
