Phal
I would like to know if anyone here was made to withdraw their visa application. I had my reinterview at Hyd consulate. They took my passport and appointment letter, made me wait for more than an hour. When my turn came, instead of US VO there were two Indian ladies. They said my client is not a reliable one and forced me to withdraw my application or else they would revoke my visa, which may lead to problems in future. They gave me no choice. Has anyone else experience this? Link to comment

Phal
He said he would go to the immigration court saying VO forcefully made me withdraw my application. Also, why would they encourage such companies by giving visa. Link to comment

Phal
What do you mean by this?? USCIS has approved my H1B VIsa. Why wouldn't they do proper background check while approving and then put on hold when stamping. Link to comment

USCIS didn't approved your visa, they approved your H1 petition. DOS will issue the visa (consulates) , and DOS has more power and rights compared to USCIS. But don't ask me why both are not handled by same department. Link to comment
