rahuldharani Posted July 7, 2013 Report Share Posted July 7, 2013 I worked for a employer on OPT before joining my current company, and my current company applied my first H1 . Should I include previous employer (OPT) on DS 160 or is it just what employment on H1. Please advice. Link to comment

Just as an FYI I currently work for a US based huge IT org and I just happened to talk to their attorneys. They suggested me on DS160 to list only the employment in the USA that is on H1B and OPT is not required. Thanks. Link to comment
