baasha.kb Posted July 7, 2013 Report Share Posted July 7, 2013 Hi, I want to know how long can one stay a Max in US in H1B?. Is it 6 years with L1b + H1b visa? . I have both these visas and have been in H1b from Feb 2012 until now. And also been in L1b visa for 2.5 Years. My project ends in March 2014 and have a I-94 until Oct 2014.
