Lyst Mircon
Hi: 1. I am in the US (for the past 2 years) on H1B visa, working for company A. 2. I worked for company B outside of US for 2 years, i.e., until May 2011- as a regional manager. I have been in the US from October 2011 onwards - working for company A. 3. Now, company B wants to hire me back & is also willing to apply for GC- before April 2014. They are considering EB2 category. I would like to know whether I qualify for H1B to GC under EB1 category, considering the following: # Given that I worked for company B outside of US until May 2011, but have not been working for company B from June 2011 onwards- would I still meet the criteria of "qualifying candidate should have worked for the sponsoring company or its affiliate or subsidiary for a period of 1 year outside of the US"? # Since, company B wants to apply for GC around April 2014, would I still meet the criteria: "the qualifying candidate should have worked for the sponsoring company for 1 year outside of US within the period of 3 years prior to the application"? Thanks, Lyst Link to comment
