H1B transfer and Travel with New company petition

Hi,

 

I have valid H1B Visa from X employer, I was in US for a Year, I came back after the project got over. Now there is no opportunity with the current employer. Another US company has agreed to transfer my H1B, Here are the questions:

 

1. Can I travel to US with old company's Visa which is on my Passport and with the new company's I-797 approval paper.

2. What will happen to my current Visa if the new employer transfers my petition paper. The visa will be valid o not

3. Will my current company can know about this, while the transfer process is going on.

 

Please help me I am new to all these process.
