Hello,

 

I want to stamp my H1b visa in July or August. I am into my first slot of 3yrs. I got my H1b in Dec-2010 and it is about to expire in Dec-2013 which is six months from now on. Need some advice if anyone in same situation looking to get H1b visa stamped and what are the possibilities of stamping such late as I have valid 6-months left only before extension.

 

Which will be a best bet Canada or India.

I would suggest Canada, you may get stuck in India if VO gives 221g.

I think for july or august you can get dates in Ottawa, If not always best for India as well.

6 months of H1B validation period is not a problem , I recently got stammped in Merida Mexico for 9 months.

So for less than 6 month validation period should not have a problem.
