as27429 Posted July 3, 2013 Report Posted July 3, 2013 Hi All, Is principal applicant's I129 is required when the spouse is going for H4 Visa stamping. I(Prinicipal Applicant) have only the approved I797 with I94. My H1 application was a COS from L2. I checked with my HR and they don't have it. Do I need to check with the Attorney.?
