H1B transfer to new employer

Hi all,

Present I am on company A . I got I-140 from comp A. My priority date is 2012.Now I want to move to new employer or company. My 6th year h1b visa is going to be expire in jan 2014.

Last Year I was changed to employer B, I got h1b approval and labor approval ,but unfortunately I continued with same company. I have a few questions.

1) Can I use comp A I-140 to get h1b extension?

2) how many days have to expire comp A I-140?

3) what are the chances if I moved to employer B?

4)what are the steps if comp A revoke my I-140 after move to new company?

5)Do I continue with same company?
