Apply for GC under EB1 with L2 visa

I am currently working with MNC in US. Before coming to US, I was working with the same company in India for 3 years and after formal resignation, I travelled to US with L2 visa. After coming here and obtaining EAD I joined the same MNC. My company has the provision to apply for GC under L2. Under this situation can I apply for GC under EB1 category with L2, as I am currently a Manager at customer location.
