vmartha Posted June 29, 2013 Report Posted June 29, 2013 Hi All, I got an RFE on April 24th and my employer Lawyer was out due to some unsual consquences. Now he is back and preparing for my RFE. He will submit my RFE in June 1st week and I am kind of tensed. Is there any one here who were or there in this sitiuation and know any one in this situation? What are the chances for my case :( Please post your comments
wiweq Posted June 29, 2013 Report Posted June 29, 2013 Don't worry. Your employer has sponsored H1b for you. They better know the value of their money. They would try their best to approve H1b for you.
