Error in I-140 priority Date

Hi

 

I have received an email with attached pdf file from National Visa Center, but i found there is a discrepancy in priority date. We filed PERM application in month of JAN 2012 but the priority date in 140 shows as NOV2012.

 

How can i take up this issue? is this something Error by National Visa center or Is the date of PERM application that is communicated by my employer is wrong?. 

 

 

How can i compare the date of PERM with Date of my 140 PD.   How  would i know what is the PD in there in PERM application
