Starting Labor and GC.

I had a difficult time with jobs in USA. Though I have a very specialized IT skills, I was let go from 2 jobs because of cost cutting and bad economy. It was hard for me to find someone who was willing to do H1B transfer quickly and give the job as per my skill sets. So when I was first let go I looked for a new position for about 2 months and then changed my status to H4. I found a job after few months and that company sponsored my H1B. I went out of the country after about 10 months got my visa stamped and came back. After few weeks I was let go again. I again looked for the job for about 2 months and changed my status to h4. Again after few months of that I got another job offer and my status was changed and approved to H1. 

 

Now this company is willing to start my GC in next 2-3 months. What kind of problems I could face with that. Does my multiple change in status from h1-h4-h1-h4-h1 will have any impact. I have about 1.5 yrs left for H1B, will this be an issue because I might not have enough time to get my GC (EB2- Advanced degree/India).
