Please help: PERM Denied in 8th year

Hi All,

 

I came to know that my PERM has been denied through a docketing notice I received as a courtesy mail from DOL. My big company/attorney's never bothered it seems. From what I have googled so far, I think this means that MTR is rejected and now my employer/attorney has to respond for continue/dismissal in next 15 days (my notice date is 19 June). I am already into 8th year H1B so my options are very limited. Here are my details:

Perm applied: 1/2011
Audit: 2/2011
Supervised Audit: 3/2012
Docketing notice: 6/2013
H1B valid: 1/2014.

Can someone advise what are my options at this stage?
