OPT Extension

Hi,

 

My present OPT expires in July 05,2013. I have applied for OPT extension in the beginning of May 2013 as i got my 1st pay stub running at that time. Now this present employer told that i should be leaving the company, if i dont receive the new card by July 05,2013. I mentioned them about 180 days rule but they are not ok with that. I even tried to expedite the OPT extension process, even that got rejected.  

 

Now if i leave this job , still i be eligible for 180 days to work? will i still get OPT extension accepted? 

 

 

Please produce some legal documents or help me the ways that i can proceed.
