H1B Transfer

Hello All,

 

I have my current employer who has filed for my GC, perm and I140 is approved. Now I have extended 3 yrs of H1B, now I have an offer from another employer. Lets say I transfer my H1B and they are also ready to file new I140 for GC, so now lets say they do all this and then I tell them I cannot join would this harm my current I140 or GC or H1B.

Please advise.
