transiberian Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 PD-Jan 24th 2011 I-130 under F2A approved June 2011 In USA with H1B Filed AOS, EAD & AP during May'13. Biometrics done June 2013. Had requested Indian US consulate to return my documents as i was adjusting my status within US. My documents sent back to NVC and NVC has sent them to DOS-USCIS. USCIS recently changed my I-130 petition status that was in approved state( June 2011) to "Intial review" again. Now after ten days the status changed to "Post activity decision" as case has been revoked.( reason in USCIS mail) Mail not received yet. Unable to understand what is happening? Any suggestions??
