Hello

 

Dose any one knows whats taking so long to process the I-140 & I-485 Filed in EB-1[C] to Texas Service Center. As the dates in the online USCIS Processing times says 4 Months. Why is my application not moving at all. Its still on "INITIAL REVIEW". 

 

All opinions appreciated.
