Guna Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 Hi , My H1b visa was refused after 221(g) last week after a wait of almost 2.5 months Now can I reapply for my H4 visa.? What are the possibilities of getting H4 stamped. Before this refusal of H1 , I was in the US on H4. My husband is with the same employer for whom I got my prev H4 and also the same employer filled my H1 also. Please advice.
