Can i apply for L1A visa after staying on H1 for 6 years

Hi,

 

I was on H1 visa for 6 years and my GC also is in process with I-140 approved. I left the country on Nov 2011 and have been in India for more than 1.5 years now. I have been working with an International company for more than a year now. I would like to get a transfer through the company to USA and wanted to know if I am eligible to apply for L1A visa now.
