bguy Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 hello all, I currently have an E1 visa. I was accepted to a new working place and they issued me a H1B visa starting on Oct 1st. Mean while my wife's work place have offered to sponsor her a green card in one condition - she needs to keep the E1 vise she currently have as my dependent. that means i have to keep my current job and visa. can I cancel the H1B visa before it becomes active on Oct 1st? thanks B
