bayarea24 Posted June 20, 2013 Report Posted June 20, 2013 Hi, Recently I applied for H4 to H1 Visa transfer and got the new H1 Visa just for 3 weeks. (recapture time) The new H1 Visa will expire on 1 st July, 2013. However, my H4 visa valid till Oct, 2013. Do I have to file for H4 visa again after my new H1 Visa expires? Is it ok if I do not join the company/project on short H1 Visa and do not get pay stubs? Thanks.
pontevecchio Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 You will again need to file a COS from H1 to H4 or you can leave and come back on the H4 visa. Report to him and get paid as he agreed in the petition filing.
