L1A to H1B transfer and also filing L1 GC.

i got L1A visa with company A and applied for H1B transfer company B, my company A going to file Green Card for L1 A

 

1) Will my company A come to know i applied H1B transfer with company B while filing GC for L1A

2)  If i get H1B and still working in L1A will it affect me, will both visa valid, if i am staying in the country(US)

3) Can i use the GC filed with L1A company A in future if i moved to H1B company B
