Questions regarding filling DS-160 for husband and wife

Hi,

 

Iam planning to attend H1b stamping in Canada along with my wife who should attend H4 visa stamping.

 

I .have few questions while filling the DS-160,can someone please help?

 

1) What should I fill in for the field HOME ADDRESS?

 

Iam currently staying in USA(since 2 years). My Home Country is India and attending Stamping in Canada.

So what would be my HOME ADDRESS?

 

2) Person/Entity paying for your trip?

 

   a) US petitioner 

   b) self

 

If I select as US petitioner then what should i select in my wife's application form as she is on H4

 

3) Who is the principal applicant while applying fo my wife. Is it me?

 

4) Do you have any immediate relatives?

 

  As we both are travelling to Canda and dont have anyone in USA , what should i fill in this field?
