His US history as follows: Initially he came on Masters in 2005 , Completed Masters in 2007 Later working on OPT and applied for H1B - H1B was rejected in 2008 And then his OPT STEM was also expired , so he joined TVU . He was in TVU for 3 months in 2010 and got his h1B approved in 2010. Later in 2011 , TVU was Closed. His H1B extension was rejected bcoz of this. He had leave US as he will be on out of status. He is working in INDIA from last year 2012 June . What are the chances of his H4 Stamping? Should we wait till end of the year for H4 Stamping? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
