H7200 Posted June 19, 2013 Report Share Posted June 19, 2013 I am currently on L2 VISA valid till 5th OCT, 2013 with EAD valid till 2015 and working of an employer. My employer applied for H1B and I got REF for my H1B. I am not sure how long will it take to get approval for H1B (I am pretty much sure it will go beyond OCT). My question is: Since my COS is pending with USCIS, can I continue to work in US or can I just stay here. Thanks for the help Link to comment
